In 1972, Toby Froehlich and his father, Ted, started Froehlich Realty with only a few agents. As time went on, the company grew. By 1980, Toby became the only owner. After that, in 1984, he chose to join Coldwell Banker Residential Affiliates.

During the 1990s, under Toby’s lead, Coldwell Banker Select, REALTORS grew very quickly. Later on, in 2008, Toby’s son, Matthew, joined the company. Eventually, he became the Broker of Record in 2019. At the same time, Toby’s daughter, Caitie, became President of Select Mortgage and Select Settlement.

Today, the Coldwell Banker Select team continues to give great service. Because of their connection with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corp., the oldest real estate company in the U.S., they have many tools to help their clients.
